Books for Sail

Books for Sail went online during the summer of 2010 and has been gathering both pace and content ever since. The site's purpose is to offer an interactive information source for both sailors and powerboaters. Its central feature is the 'Reading Room' which contains a number of free-to-view articles written by a salty bunch of authors, myself included.

BFS is actively seeking contributors who can write authoritatively of any boating related subject. Anyone interested can either contact me via this site or from Books for Sail by following this link. General guidance on writing can be found by going to Write for Books for Sail but it's a good idea to submit your ideas first to make sure there's no conflict with other material in the pipeline. At the very least, all articles submitted will be sympathetically reviewed by the editor and publisher, meaning ...well, me. For aspiring authors this is an excellent introduction to the world of publishing.
